DOJ Targets Parents Freedom Of Speech

On Monday October 4, 2021 Attorney General Merrick B. Garland directed the FBI and U.S. Attorneys’ Offices to meet in the next 30 days with federal, state, Tribal, territorial and local law enforcement leaders to discuss strategies to address what he refers to as a "disturbing trend."
Attorney General Merrick B. Garland's directive came after the National School Boards Association wrote to the Biden administration that parents were engaging in “domestic terrorism.” However, recently reported stories across the internet reveals that the Garland's daughter, Rebecca Garland, is married to the co-founder of Panorama Education, a group that is said to utilize Critical Race Theory (CRT) teachings and surveys, and has contracts with numerous school boards across the country.
Questions are now being raised as to what extent will government officials go to protect personal agendas. Asra Nomani, Vice president of the investigations and strategy at Parents Defending Education, wrote in a tweet Tuesday that the Attorney General “has declared a war on parents.”
She tweeted this later on Octorber 6, 2021:
"It’s true @RepKenBuck. Sept we got a tip @DefendingEd from an @fcpsnews mom about a @PanoramaEd contract now worth $2.4 million. She also told us: Merrick Garland’s daughter married a cofounder of Panorama. We raised the alarm. Then parents got accused of ‘domestic terrorism.’ "
Parents around the nation are speaking out as they discover questionable policies and curriculum in public schools. As stories and videos emerge of outraged parents, the powers in Washington are now seeming to reach into to their tyrannical bag of tricks with a plan to quench freedom of speech.
The Constitution of the United States of America was written for such times as these. The First Amendment protects free speech. There is no clause within it which addresses disagreements or feelings. But someone who speaks in disagreement is also protected under the First Amendment. Freedom of speech is powerful, if it were not, we would not have the Attorney General of the United States attacking it. What parents are doing as they speak up for their children is not only protected but should be the duty of all parents.
Parents exercising their first amendment rights in front of school boards are now a target. Many stories reporting parents going toe-to-toe with school boards are surfacing. They are often reading from medical journals which address the dangers of mask wearing. Parents are speaking out against over-reach of powers, reminding school board members just exactly who their child belongs to.
Rebecca Garland has realized that she and her husband may have much to lose if the voices of parents are not stopped. Could this be why her father, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland, directed the FBI?

Critical Race Theory is a hot topic of contention between parents and school boards. Many parents are discovering their student's curriculum is laced with it. In some cases it is the curriculum. Achievement and testing scores have plummeted across the nation. Parents have uncovered that some schools have discarded traditional historical, reading, writing, math, and science teachings, and have replaced the curriculum with emotional and social learning, homosexual education and gender questioning. CRT teaches children they are either the oppressed or the oppressor, and serves the purpose of creating division, dissent, and a road towards more racism. Parents are discovering this and they are speaking out.
If the Attorney General's directive moves forward and parents lose the freedom to speak out, in fear of being labeled a terrorist, then this would open the door to more freedoms being lost and the government gaining more control. It is like poison in the blood moving through each vein. This is a extremely dangerous path and Americans should be alarmed, outraged and perhaps terrified.

Freedom to decide what is best for ourselves and our children are God-given rights and no form of government should ever interfere. Our freedoms, which are woven into the Constitution of the United States, are there for our protection. If we were to ever allow any form of government to override them it would be the demise of this great country. One might say we already have turned down that path with COVID mandates and shutdowns. Perhaps this is why the government seems so brazen and dictatorial. Without the freedom of speech we would be gagged from speaking out about anything, then as George Washington once said, we would be sheep being led to the slaughter.

We all owe a great debt to our Forefathers, for their wisdom and their insight. We now have a duty to protect The Constitution of the United States, for she protects us.
The inspiration of parents standing up and speaking out should not be stopped but encouraged to grow in greater numbers. The voice of We the People is powerful, we must protect it, use it, and encourage it. This nation depends on it. The children depend on it.

Editors Note: We are looking into just exactly what threats have been made and we hope to follow up on this story. There are many unanswered questions, and we hope the letter from the National Association of School Boards to the Biden's' administration will be made public. At this point A.G. Garlands' actions seem to be under fire and stirring the Nation.
