The thing of it is, everytime they go after teacher raises the admin gets one also even though all of them are at 6 figures. I was talking to a retired teacher from Indiana. He was saying putting all the elementary in one building is a bad idea. They've been doing this for quite a while and it only adds to more control, there will be less of a voice along with more and more govt control
