The name of Jesus our King. The name above all others.

"Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and gave Him the name, that is above every name, so that at the Name of Jesus every knee should bend in Heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God the Father" Philippians 2:9-11

How blessed to be called the children of Almighty God, how blessed to be saved from our sins. As this world is ever changing, and seems to get darker each day, God is our shelter our Lamp unto our feet. When struggles and uncertainty comes to you, reach out and call upon the Name of Jesus. He is faithful to answer, faithful to carry you through. Keep your eyes on Him and not the storm. Do you remember Peter who saw our Lord walking on the water? He was so happy to see Jesus he stepped out of the boat, unto the water and began walking towards Jesus. It was when he took his eyes off of Jesus and looked around, he began to drown. This is sometimes familiar to us, when we focus on the storm and not our Lord we begin to sink.

No matter what you may be going through, call out to Jesus. There is peace, strength and comfort in our Lord. Keep your eyes on Him. He loves you so much that he gave his life so you may live, hes not about to let go of your hand.

If you are not sure if you belong to him, remember his words, "For whosoever Shall call upon the name of the Lord Shall be saved" Romans 10:13
